Funeral service for fallen UHP Trooper Saturday | News

Friends and family will be holding a funeral on Saturday for fallen UHP Trooper Aaron Beesley.

Beesley feel to his death last week after helping a group of stranded hikers off of Mount Olympus.

Funeral services for Beesley are scheduled to start at 11 a.m. Saturday at Northridge High School in Layton.

Following the funeral, a procession for the trooper will start at the school and end at the West Point Cemetery in West Point.

Traffic in the area could be interrupted between 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
